With this app, customers can easily retrieve up-to-date information regarding their shipments using features such as Railcar Trace, Train Trace, and Equipment Specifications (UMLER). Additionally, customers can conveniently interact with CSX by utilizing features like Shipping Instructions, View Inventory, and Plant Switch.

By utilizing the XGate function within the ShipCSX mobile application, trucking company customers can efficiently input information about freight to be dropped off and picked up at CSX terminals. This enhances their overall experience and streamlines operations at the terminals.
